Bondi Fires DOJ Worker For Abusing National Guard Members

Attorney General Pam Bondi fired another Department of Justice paralegal on Friday after the environmental division employee flipped off a National Guard member on her way to work.

The fired staffer, Elizabeth Baxter, works in the same building as fellow fired paralegal Sean Charles Dunn, who was seen in a video earlier this month allegedly throwing a Subway salami sandwich at a Border Protection officer, The New York Post reported.

Baxter arrived for work at the DOJโ€™s โ€œ4CONโ€ building in the NoMa district of Washington, DC, at 8:21 a.m. on Aug. 18 and told a DOJ security guard that she had just made the obscene gesture to a guardsman at Metro Center and said, โ€œFโ€”k the National Guard,โ€ according to Bondi.

At 12:18 p.m. the same day, Baxter was seen on DOJ cameras putting up her middle finger toward the National Guard and saying, โ€œFโ€”k you!โ€
One week later, on Aug. 25, she again told a DOJ security guard that she hated the National Guard and told them to โ€œFโ€”k off!โ€

โ€œToday, I took action to terminate a DOJ employee for inappropriate conduct towards National Guard service members in DC,โ€ Bondi told The Post.
