A devastating head-on collision between a van and a truck on Tuesday night (13) in Grão Mogol shocked the country. The van was carrying workers returning to Ceará when the fatal crash occurred.
Early investigations by Civil Police point to the truck crossing into the opposite lane as the main cause. Tire marks and damage on the road support this conclusion, according to experts.
